Our Lane Technicians work in the service departments of some of the largest auto dealerships in the nation.

It is our goal to compliment the overall customer experience. Dealerships constantly strive towards improved customer satisfaction. Our Lane Technicians are valuable assets to the dealer in ensuring top ratings for customer service.

Our Lane Technicians provide various services to the customer; however the primary area of focus is the repair of windshield chips. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide all the training and repair tools. The typical windshield repair takes approximately 10 minutes. The more windshields repaired equates to greater earnings. Most customers don't realize it, but their insurance provider typically covers the entire cost of the windshield repair. Our technicians process these insurance claims, as well as some other minor bookkeeping duties.

The earning and growth potential are virtually limitless. Many of our technicians have the opportunity to grow into Territory and/or District Managers. Engaged Services strives to promote from within. We find that our most successful managers have first-hand experience in the role of the Lane Technicians.
